* Credit Card – Payments are made through Payfast. EGO Liquid Rubber will hold the customers personal details, separate to the credit card details which will be held by Payfast. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. * EFT – Payments through electronic transfer may be accepted, please specify this option when you place your order. Please ensure you allow for two working days for your payment to reflect in our account. Only upon receiving proof of payment will your delivery be dispatched.

- Dispatch will be within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
- Allow delivery time of 3.5 working days from order.
- Your order will only be delivered by THE COURIER GUY to a valid and accessible physical address in South Africa. High risk areas to be clearly indicated for alternative arrangements.
- Two attempts will be made to deliver your order. Should you fail, refuse and /or neglect to be available to accept delivery you will be liable for additional delivery charges.
- Return of goods incorrectly ordered is seven calendar days after acceptance of delivery.
- Return fees for incorrect orders will be for the expense of the client and a handling fee of 25% will be applicable and payable.
- All goods for return must be in their original sealed containers.
